1. When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. How long does shipping take?
We offer nationwide U.S. delivery.

Delivery times do not include processing time.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping will be added in the future.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the package has already shipped, we cannot change the address or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address.
6. My package shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If the carrier confirms delivery, ChicMuse Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
